Abstract

The rate of bankruptcy among business leaders is increasing almost every year. Various efforts were made to help borrowers overcome the problem so that entrepreneurs could continue their business. A total of 109 respondents from Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) leaders in Malacca were selected in this study to identify factors that affect repayment ability business financing. This study used a descriptive analysis to evaluate the elements of the condition with the ability to repay the financing. This 10-years study found that maturity in conducting business and capability are the most important factors affecting the ability to pay financing using credit analysis.
